Previously scientific Advisor of the French Anti-Doping Agency. Past President of the French Society of Sports Medicine (SFMES). Currently Medical Director of the Union Cycliste Internationale (UCI). Member of the French National Academy of Medicine. Member of the International Federation of Sports Medicine (FIMS) Interfederal Commission, and EFSMA Scientific and Education Commission. Member of the scientific commission of the Association of Summer Olympic International Federations (ASOIF).
